Travaillant depuis de nombreuses années sur le thème des grands chênes et inspiré par les paysages de Normandie où les falaises vertigineuses rencontrent les forêts voluptueuses, Stéphane Erouane Dumas capture l'essence même de la nature. « Le Grand Chêne » fait suite à sa visite au sein de notre Maison à Cognac, où l’artiste a puisé une nouvelle inspiration face aux chênes séculaires qui longent la Charente et s’est imprégné des effluves boisés qui émanent des fûts de nos chais.
