À propos
I have long standing experience with civil society and high level expertise in the field of protection of migrants' and refugees' rights.
Since 2008, I have worked to uphold migrants and refugees' rights in various ways: from directly supporting migrants and refugees in the field to access their fundamental rights; to carrying out research aiming at better understanding obstacles they face in the labour market and how to best reduce prejudice towards them; to designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes on migrants' rights and experiences; to developing and managing humanitarian services for migrants in transit in Belgium; to supporting the Belgian Red Cross (BRC) leadership in developing its migration strategy, and finally, to carrying out humanitarian diplomacy about vulnerable migrants on behalf of the BRC.
I am currently offering my expertise as a consultant to international and non profit organisations, as well as the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. My skills and experience would be useful for roles requiring a high level of expertise in the protection of migrants and refugees’ rights and/or involving a wide range of skills: from managing and evaluating projects, carrying out needs assessments, designing and delivering collective intelligence workshops and training courses, designing and managing humanitarian services, to research and policy analysis as well as report writing.
