Here are the key takeaways: 🔬 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝟳,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 have been analyzed using ctDNA through the STING trial since 2020, with an additional 1,500 patients from the PRISM-POrTAL trial, integrating 50 liquid biopsies per week into routine care. 🎯 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝘂𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝟱𝟲% 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟱𝟳% 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝘂𝗺𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱. 💊 Among the 2,485 therapeutic recommendations: - 72.6% enrolled in clinical trials. - 9.9% used off-label or compassionate-use medications. - 11.3% received approved treatments. 💡 ctDNA profiling offers a non-invasive, real-time snapshot of tumor evolution and drug resistance, reducing the need for invasive biopsies and accelerating personalized treatment. 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬? While ctDNA profiling shows great promise, it has limitations, like the risk of false negatives when ctDNA levels are low. Future advancements could integrate 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞-𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 and 𝐃𝐍𝐀 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐲𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 to improve the accuracy of tumor detection. We are excited to announce that AmoyDx and Servier, an independent international pharmaceutical group, have entered into a strategic partnership to develop a companion diagnostic test (CDx) in China that detects Isocitrate Dehydrogenase (IDH) 1&2 gene mutations. This test will be developed for vorasidenib, Servier’s investigational dual inhibitor of mutant IDH1 and mutant IDH2 enzymes, targeting Chinese patients with diffuse IDH-mutant glioma (LGG).
