How much does it cost to rent a private office in London? Our H2 2024 pricing guide breaks down the average price per desk per month across the different areas of London. In the West End rents are highest in Mayfair and St James's at £1,100 per desk per month, whilst in the East rents are slightly lower, with an average of £750 in the City Core and £525 in Shoreditch. We've seen a slight decrease in pricing since the first half of 2024 in Paddington's flex market down to £750 from £800. Similarly Canary Wharf has seen a drop down to £450 from £500 per month. Our latest research into the UK’s flexible office market for H1 2024 reveals that demand for flex space has more than tripled compared to pre-covid levels, and has risen 14% year-on-year.
