🚧 Exciting progress alert! 🚧 Since mid-June, EUROVIA CZ has been working on the second phase of the reconstruction of the passenger building at the #Pardubice Main Railway Station in Prague. 🏗️ This ambitious project should be completed by 2026! Congratulations to the teams on this new milestone! Zahájili jsme druhou část rekonstrukce výpravní budovy v Pardubicích Na pardubickém hlavním nádraží začneme ve sdružení s druhou částí rekonstrukce tamní rozsáhlé, památkově chráněné budovy. Po obnově někdejšího hotelu, který dnes slouží jako vzdělávací centrum, přichází na řadu nádražní hala, východní provozní křídlo a západní křídlo s bytovým domem. ✅ Kompletně zrenovujeme střechu, fasádu i celý interiér. Tomu vrátíme původní podobu, která však bude odpovídat současným požadavkům cestujících a dopravců. Součástí projektu je také instalace fotovoltaické elektrárny. ✅ Práce budou probíhat za provozu, cestujícím zůstane vždy přístupná část odbavovací haly a potřebné zázemí. Hotovo bude na konci roku 2026. ℹ️ VÍTE, ŽE komerční jednotky s ordinacemi a lékárnou budou v přízemí a v prvním patře západního křídla? Bezbariérový přístup zajistí výtah. Východní křídlo bude sloužit pro zajištění drážního provozu. #reconstruction #station #railway

✔️ DEVELOPING LOW-CARBON MOBILITY The Essentials 2024 report is out! Speaking of decarbonized mobility, let's focus on a prime example: 🚄 High-Speed 2, or Britain’s new high-speed rail line. This is the largest infrastructure project undertaken in the UK for decades, and it will deliver high-speed rail services to the Midlands and the West Country. There have been several highlights over the past year, such as the fantastic progress by Taylor Woodrow on the Old Oak Common station, the completion of the first twin-tube tunnel of the line by the Dorothy tunnel boring machine, the Freyssinet teams breaking the self-sliding record for a Marston caisson bridge, and the installation of giant retaining walls for a new structure by Soletanche Bachy. 🚧 West Calgary Ring Road: focus on a project delivered 10 months ahead of schedule! Launched in 2020, the West Calgary Ring Road project is the final stage in the completion of the Calgary ring road. A total of 8 million m³ of earthworks, 1.3 million hours worked, 0 lost-time accidents and 320 people mobilised to achieve the feat of delivering the project 10 months ahead of schedule last December! Développement de l'écoquartier l’Eau Vive dans la Ville de Lieusaint ! 🏘️ À l’Est de Lieusaint (77), les anciennes parcelles d'une sucrerie démantelée en 1995 se transforment en un écoquartier innovant, reliant le centre-ville, la gare de Lieusaint-Moissy et la commune de Moissy-Cramayel. Entre 2011 et 2012, une première phase de travaux, portée par l’EPA Sénart, a permis de réhabiliter cette friche industrielle en un écoquartier accueillant 1 550 logements, 2 groupes scolaires ainsi que divers équipements et services. La deuxième phase d’aménagement, en cours, vise la construction de 515 logements supplémentaires et une résidence intergénérationnelle de 100 logements. 🏠 Du 6 février 2023 au 30 avril 2027, le groupement composé de l’agence EJL de Cannes-Ecluse (mandataire) et de l’agence Eurovia de Sénart intervient pour réaliser les travaux d’assainissement et de réseaux divers, la création de voiries, ainsi que des cheminements piétons et cyclables. FLAN TERRASSEMENT, en sous-traitance, prend en charge l’ensemble des terrassements. 🚧 En raison de la proximité des zones humides et des cours d’eau, des mesures spécifiques ont été mises en place pour protéger la biodiversité : 🔹 Installation de 2 500 ml de protections de zones humides, y compris des filets anti-retours pour petite faune et de la signalétique 🔹 Optimisation des mouvements de terres in-situ 🔹 Aménagement de zones étanches dédiées au stationnement des engins et au dépotage de carburant 🔹 Mise à jour d’un plan de maillage et d’analyse des terres Un label Excellence Environnement, mentionnant « Eaux & Sols », « Déchets & Valorisation » et « Biodiversité », sera attribué aux équipes pour récompenser leurs actions environnementales. Ce projet permettra également à des personnes éloignées de l’emploi de réaliser un total de 4 000 heures d’insertion. 💙

Touchdown at Marseille Provence Airport! 🛬 Our subsidiaries GTM SUD and Travaux du Midi, with the support of Botte Fondations, Girard, and Soletanche Bachy, have successfully completed the renovation and expansion of Terminal 1 at Marseille Provence Airport. Recently, the airport also underwent a major upgrade of its Instrument Landing System (ILS), carried out by Eurovia's Port-de-Bouc agency in September 2023. This operation involved replacing outdated equipment and enhancing the system's overall efficiency. This project marks a significant milestone as France prepares to accommodate an increasing number of visitors, especially with the major events planned for this summer. Project highlights: 🏢 Improved facilities: The renovated terminal features upgraded check-in counters, expanded gate areas, and improved passenger flow systems to ensure a seamless and efficient travel experience. The civil engineering work for the new building was completed in September 2022. 🌱 Sustainability: The terminal now features state-of-the-art energy-efficient lighting and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, using low-carbon concrete and recycled steel! The design is optimized for low energy consumption, all aimed at achieving the HQE™ Very High-Performance Sustainable Building certification. 🌍 Regional growth: By improving the airport's infrastructure, we are contributing to the economic development of the region and reinforcing its role as a gateway for international travelers exploring the South of France. [Nouveau contrat] en Allemagne ! Après l'obtention des chantiers de la ligne à grande vitesse Stuttgart 21 et de la route fédérale B247, nous poursuivons notre aventure en Allemagne avec un contrat d’enfouissement de lignes électriques en courant continu du projet SuedOstLink. Un projet qui se déroulera en deux étapes : ✔ La réalisation de travaux de terrassement et d’enfouissement de fourreaux sur près de 90 km et des voies d’accès nécessaires aux travaux. Pour cette phase, nous ferons appel aux expertises de Spiecapag et HDI - HORIZONTAL DRILLING INTERNATIONAL, filiales de VINCI Construction spécialisées dans la pose de conduites terrestres. ✔ La réalisation de fouilles et d’accès pour permettre la pose des 4 câbles électriques de 525 kV en courant continu dans les fourreaux.
