Every ten years, we find ourselves back in the City of Lights, and this year, Paris welcomes us with a special glow as we celebrate 70 years of Relais & Châteaux. Relais & Châteaux welcomes eight new members We are pleased to welcome 8 new members to our Association. Our properties are deeply rooted in their local communities, serving not just as places of hospitality but as beacons of inclusion. By providing training opportunities and fostering meraningful employment for people with disabilities, we celebrate the unique strengths and talents of each individual. At Awasi - Relais & Châteaux Iguazu, since 2020, the property has been collaborating with the special education school, Instituto Esperanza, incorporating their students into the team. The 2025 Olivier Roellinger culinary contest, cofounded by Ethic Ocean, FERRANDI Paris, the Lycée Hôtelier de Dinard, Yvon Bourges, and Relais & Châteaux, is now open for contestant entries! The contest is open to culinary students and professionals dedicated to preserving aquatic resources. Participants highlight a critical societal issue: marine biodiversity. Through their recipes and choices, they demonstrate how culinary art can align with responsible seafood selection, prioritizing non-endangered species that are sustainably caught or farmed. Meet the Relais & Châteaux chefs’ World Culinary Council. What happens when 21 of the world’s most forward-thinking chefs come together to explore innovative and sustainable approaches to gastronomy? Led by the Relais & Châteaux President, Laurent Gardinier, and the Vice-President, Chefs, Mauro Colagreco, the World Culinary Council held its annual meeting in Grand Hôtel du Lac, Relais & Châteaux at Vevey, Switzerland, on 6-8 October. Coming together as representatives of a community of more than 500 chefs all over the world, these esteemed culinary personalities renewed their commitment to driving sustainable change in gastronomy. Together, they debated and explored topics such as biodiversity, marine conservation, the culinary trends of tomorrow, and more. With Chef Stéphane Décotterd as their guide, the World Culinary Council dined at La Maison Décotterd, also discovered the Swiss terroir and its sustainability challenges, and enjoyed once-in-a-lifetime culinary experiences, including at the Relais & Châteaux Le Restaurant de l'Hôtel de Ville de Crissier. #relaischateauxchefs #WordCulinaryCouncil

I was honored to participate to the 4th edition of the Luxury Hospitality Conference, one of the most important BtoB events in the luxury travel industry in Italy. I had the pleasure to share the future of luxury hospitality industry with many key and inspiring leaders.
