¿Can we change the food safety culture without 100% of commitment from Leadership? It's one of the question we raised during the workshop "How to develop a food safety culture plan"? with AECOC last Friday. Always a pleasure to collaborate with Xavier Pera Baldomà, who nailed a very practical workshop. It was all about sharing practice and experience with great food safety professionals, about analyzing strengths and weaknesses, defining objectives, working on improvement measures, how to eavaluate the maturity of the company and how to audit food safety culture.
