    Trying to close more deals? Remember you can’t improve, what you can’t measure. 👏 After speaking with hundreds—no, thousands—of businesses, we know cashflow can keep you up at night. But filling your sales pipeline isn't always a silver bullet. Finding the right balance between qualifying leads, efficient sales processes, and the right mix of services is a constant process of evolution. That's why today we're sharing the 9 metrics you can use to inform more strategic selling and ensure healthy cashflow for your agency. 💰 Revenue generated Get clear on your numbers and build the systems you need to make it easy to track 🧰 Revenue by service Is your team spread thin across multiple domains, when really there's just 1 or 2 services that are bringing in the bulk of your clients? Focus on your cash cow and be the best at it. 🎯 Revenue per account There are likely patterns across your highest paying (and happiest) clients? Analyze those top accounts and build a profile of your ideal customer. Then, find more of them! 🏆 Win rate Spend time nurturing real relationships with your prospects and then understand what percentage of those lead to closed-won deals ⏱️ Length of your sales cycle Knowing how long it currently takes, on average, to close a deal helps you know when to spend, when to save, and whether its a point of improvement ⛔ Lost reasons No one likes to pour salt in the wound, but tracking why you lost a deal can reveal weaknesses in your process and highlight major business opportunities 👻 No show rate Have you scheduled an call, researched the prospect, prepped a pitch...only for them not to show up?
