How do you keep your team in the loop❓👀 One rule to which we would never deviate from at Clone is to organize a monthly All Hands meeting. From as far as we can remember, the whole team has always got together on the first Wednesday of each month to share the latest challenges and successes we've had. It started standing around the meeting room table with less than 15 people in 2020, to a huge online meeting with +200 Cloners throughout France, Spain, Belgium & the Netherlands in 2024. After a quick but sharp intro from Clément BENOIT and/or Alexandre Haggai, each Manager has to go through its team achievements of the past month and upcoming challenges for the month to come. It allows us to have a clear understanding on what everyone is working on and what is Clone vision and priorities. Most of the time, we end up getting a few beers🍻 with the team afterwards, it's always a good time to team build ! Josette KOUEDE TCHOUAMENI, la maman d’Aurélien Tchouameni joueur vedette de l'équipe de France, a voulu offrir au plus grand nombre la possibilité de découvrir les recettes qu’elle préparait à son fils à son retour d’entraînement. Alors, ça a donné quoi ? 📸 Une journée de shooting et d’interviews inoubliables - encore bravo et merci à Josette KOUEDE TCHOUAMENI pour sa disponibilité 🍤🍗 Deux nouveaux bowls aux recettes gourmandes et équilibrées sur Como KITCHEN ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Trois partenaires heureux de s’associer en soutien à la Fondation Prosperi créée par Josette et Aurélien Tchouaméni pour soutenir notamment des familles dont les enfants sont en situation de handicap ou pour sensibiliser les jeunes à opter pour des habitudes alimentaires saines.
