📢 [Annonce Jeux d’Hiver 2030] Après l'arrivée historique du Tour de France à Nice le week-end dernier et le coup d'envoi des premières épreuves de Paris 2024 - Comité d'organisation des Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques de 2024 ce soir, c'est au tour de nos Alpes d'être mises à l'honneur pour accueillir les Jeux d'hiver 2030 ! L'Allianz Riviera se transformera en temple du hockey sur glace, avec deux patinoires et plus de 30000 places, et le Palais Nikaia accueillera le curling. Au final, Nice aura 75 matchs de hockey, 150 de curling, 16 sessions de patinage artistique et 9 épreuves de short-track. Ces Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques des Alpes Françaises laisseront un héritage durable pour Nice : un village olympique de 1500 lits qui deviendra ensuite des logements étudiant et sociaux, et une nouvelle patinoire de 5000 places pour le patinage artistique et le short-track qui restera de manière pérenne pour les niçois et nos champions Plus que jamais, notre région se présente comme un terrain de jeu exceptionnel pour les plus grands événements sportifs internationaux. #JO2030 #ExploreNiceCotedAzur 📢 [Announcement Winter Olympics 2030] After the historic arrival of the Tour de France in Nice last weekend and the kick-off of the first events of the 2024 Olympic Games this evening, it's now the turn of our Alps to take pride of place in hosting the 2030 Winter Games. The Allianz Riviera will be transformed into a temple of ice hockey, with two rinks and over 30,000 seats, and the Palais Nikaia will host the curling. In all, Nice will have 75 hockey matches, 150 curling matches, 16 figure skating sessions and 9 short-track events. These Olympic and Paralympic Games in the French Alps will leave a lasting legacy for Nice: a 1,500-bed Olympic village that will later become student and social housing, and a new 5,000-seat figure skating and short-track rink that will be a permanent fixture for the people of Nice and our champions.
