kpcna Posted November 11, 2006 Share Posted November 11, 2006 I have just installed a lamp server on my server but I have a problem with Php, there are some scripts wich doesn't work well with the setup of php and I don't know how to configure it. For example: I wanted to install a topsites script, but when I was trying to finish the installation, the script didn't work anymore a blank page appeared and I couldn't do anything else. That thing doesn't happen with scripts like coppermine gallery or smf forums. Firstly, Id'e make sure the script your are trying to use run with register_globals switched to [i]off[/i]. This has been the default setting in php.ini for sometime, but allot of poorly coded scripts are still choking on this setting.
