Help with configuration of Apache, PHP and MySQL on Windows 7

If you don't know how then you're probably better off just getting WAMP.

 

Otherwise,

- Install Apache

- Install MySQL

- Unzip PHP somewhere and follow the online installation instructions

That's the bare minimum - anything beyond that is custom.
