Not for getting help with your code. "PHPFreaks.com Questions, Comments, & Suggestions" is one forum on the board. This forum is not for asking php/coding questions, it's for asking questions about the forums/board/site/community itself (read the stickies in this forum). If you ask your question in this forum, it will be moved or removed and you may or may not get a thonging out of it. However, there are lots of other forums on this board where you can ask coding questions.
