USB programmer

So I thought I fried my UNO. Got a duemilanove. Turns out the atmega328 from it works in my UNO so it was actually all three of my atmefa328's that were bad. Parallel programmer doesn't work even after checking every pin with a multimeter and doing everything else I could find. So I need a programmer. Will this work?:

I'm not super eager to spend a lot more money after buying this new board for no reason. so I'm looking for something cheap, but that will definitely work, to burn bootloaders onto these messed up chips.

I've had very good luck with the Adafruit USBtiny. The IDE supports it directly and it's an easy build.

SparkFun sells a clone version that comes already assembled for less money, but with no case.

The one you linked to has a very nice price, but I would want to hear from someone directly that it works for them within the Arduino IDE.

That sparkfun one looks good. I can just plug it straight in to my arduino icsp pins and burn a bootloader? Or is there more to it?

Yes, using the supplied ribbon connector.
