i need help in my final year project i am software engineering student, i am making an IoT app in which i need to update firebase realtime database value of a sensor of arduino. i have connected ESP8266 with My Arduino UNO i followed some tutorials but failed every time. is it even possible ?? what am i doing wrong? 
pls help
Somebody really needs to explain what is being asked/done, like, what is a "firebase"?
I have a sketch that loads the temperature to thingspeak.com every 30 minutes,
thingspeak, is an iot database too, so let me know if you want it to post it
