There are two workarounds that I'm aware of and they are mentioned in those topics; just dig through them.
Hello @davidlamason. The Arduino Cloud developers have fixed the bug. You should now be able to upload to use Arduino Cloud Editor to upload ESP32 boards without encountering that "No such file or directory" error message.
