Cannot send data from ESP8266 to Arduino Uno

Hello, I'm following this tutorial: Serial Communication - Arduino UNO and ESP8266 (ESP-01) - YouTube

But when I send serial data from the ESP to the Arduino, it doesn't work. It just don't show anything in the serial monitor, but I can upload the code to the ESP.

Please show your schematic with all wires and pin numbers.
Draw in the paper, take a photo and insert to the forum will be OK.
