Arduino won't Upload

Hello,
my arduino says

it won't upload my code. I updated the libraries, my computer, I restarted. Still the same problem.

Not sure, but did you select the correct port? And just to make sure, your board is an Uno?

Did you try the loopback test as described in one of the stickies at the top of this forum section? Result?

Is it recognised in the device manager? Is it an original or a clone (maybe with CH340 usb-to-ttl chip which needs a driver).

Do you have anything connected to pins 0 and 1?
