Who is Hosting New Year’s Rockin’ Eve 2025?

Ryan Seacrest, who had been the co-host of the show alongside Dick Clark before the late founder’s death at 82 in 2012, will once again present Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. But this time around, which will mark his 20th year as host of America’s most-watched New Year’s Eve special, he won’t be alone.
Joining Seacrest would be none other than the fantastic Rita Ora, who would be his co-host, leading the countdown to midnight, after making her debut during the 2024 show. In the meantime, for the special’s Spanish-language countdown in Puerto Rico, Dayanara Torres will once again serve as the iconic host.

For the second consecutive year, Dick Clark Productions and iHeartMedia will be broadcasting Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest live across 150 iHeartRadio stations nationwide.
