What to Watch this week: Yeah! Usher headlines the Super Bowl Halftime Show and Abbott Elementary is back in session

The biggest TV event of the year is this week, and with it, one of the most-watched pop culture moments: the Super Bowl Halftime Show, this year headlined by Usher.

ABC's comedy lineup returns for a new season, including Abbott Elementary and The Conners. This Is Us star Justin Hartley's new show, Tracker, debuts, and Below Deck returns for a new season, with a new captain, Kerry Titheradge.

In theaters, Kathryn Newton and Cole Sprouse star in Lisa Frankenstein, from director Zelda Williams and writer Diablo Cody.
