Wells Adams on that romantic Bachelor in Paradise poop date

This week in Paradise, Aaron helped Sam deal with some serious constipation by arranging a special meal.

Each week, Bachelor in Paradise bartender/de facto therapist Wells Adams will share his insights about the latest ridiculous happenings on the beach. This week, Wells shares his thoughts via email on Brayden and Kat's bust-up, Sam's toilet trouble, and more.

ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: When Tanner asked Kat on a date, she said yes right away without talking to Brayden. She even breezed past Brayden when he told her she looked beautiful. Do you think that was just pure insensitivity on Kat's part, a result of her feeling awkward and not sure how to act — or somewhere in between?

WELLS ADAMS: It's always hard to navigate these tough situations in a way that makes everyone happy. In fact, it's impossible. However, could Kat have handled things better with Brayden? Absolutely. It did seem that Kat was only concerned with her feelings, and not Brayden's, which is extra tough for Brayden, who really wears his heart on his sleeve.

Sam struggled with some poop issues this week. It seems like this has happened to other contestants in the past. What do you think it is about Paradise that messes with people's gastrointestinal systems?

Usually, the poop problems in Paradise are the exact opposite of what Sam was dealing with! But to answer your question about why people have poop problems in Mexico... have you ever been to Mexico? Have you accidentally drank some water there?!? I don't know who Montezuma is, but he usually gets his revenge.

Aaron and Sam on 'Bachelor in Paradise'. ABC

Is it just me, or was Aaron's determination to help Sam poop actually really romantic?

It's not just you! Obviously, Sam is a little embarrassed, as would anyone be in her shoes, but Aaron isn't fazed by it at all. He turns an embarrassing moment into a cute little side date. All anyone wants in a relationship is to feel love and not judgment. Aaron did a great job of that. PS: The olive oil was my idea.

Every single time someone says something like, "there's nothing you could do to ruin my day," a new person comes down the stairs and ruins their day! When will they learn, Wells? WHEN?

They will never learn. Because if they did, the show wouldn't be as fun.

Will contemplates his life choices on 'Bachelor in Paradise'. ABC

Speaking of which: Poor Will! Do you think he'll ever catch a break?

Well, I know what happens, so I can't say. But I will say this: He deserves a break! He's such a sweet guy and all these girls are crazy for treating him like this.

Sean admits that he now really likes Brayden, even though they clashed a lot on Charity's season. (And though I found Brayden's antics on The Bachelorette annoying, I'm starting to like him, too.) What do you think it is about Paradise that helps us see contestants in a different light?

The best love story thus far is Brayden and Sean! The show always talks about Paradise being a second chance at love — which it is, but I've always viewed it as a second chance to show who you really are. I think we are seeing that in Brayden.

Finally, going forward, should Blake just say he only eats "poultry" as protein, just to avoid confusion?

Maybe? But also, Jess should brush up on some basic ornithology! That was funny though. Gotta love our glitter girl.
