EW's editorial guidelines Published on September 6, 2017 02:07PM EDT Tuesday night was the premiere of American Horror Story: Cult, the seventh installment of FX’s terrifying anthology franchise. The episode ended with a very rattled Ally (Sarah Paulson, who rocked some super cute coats) finding a scary clown in her bed. Or was she hallucinating? Either way, no one wants that on their duvet. FX released a preview of what’s to come in future episodes and it doesn’t look like it’s getting much better for dear old Ally. The trailer features a showdown with cult leader Kai (Evan Peters, who rocks a top knot quite well actually), your first look at the very unique neighborhood couple played by Billy Eichner and Leslie Grossman, lots more weird clown action, and AHS alum Mare Winningham! American Horror Story: Cult airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on FX.
