After ending its 11-year run on Broadway in January at the August Wilson Theater and touring the United States, Jersey Boys is coming back to New York City.

The musical, which follows the tumultuous story of the wildly successful Jersey boy band Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, will begin performances this November at the Off-Broadway New World Stages, it was announced Thursday. Casting and dates will be announced at a later date.

The musical, with a book by Marshall Brickman & Rick Elice and music and lyrics by Bob Gaudio and Bob Crewe, won the Tony for Best Musical in 2006 under the direction of Des McAnuff.

The Jersey Boys tour kicked off Jan. 17 in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and begins its third leg on Sept. 27. The tour will continued as scheduled through June 2018. Jersey Boys has grossed more than $2 billion worldwide in its various productions, and inspired the 2014 feature length film of the same name.
