On Friday, the band of brothers announced their upcoming residency in Las Vegas at the Park Theater at Park MGM, kicking off Wednesday, April 1. The group shared the news via Twitter, writing: “Let’s get it! Let’s gooooo!! We’re headed to VEGAS for a brand new residency at Park Theater at Park MGM April 1 – 18!!” Fans suspected the boys might be on the verge of announcing a residency in Vegas earlier in the week when they started dropping hints online, including releasing a picture of them walking on Las Vegas Boulevard as their Grammys performance announcement. They also made an alternative video for their recent single “What a Man Gotta Do” in which they’re driving down the Vegas strip. The “Sucker” singers join the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Lady Gaga, and Kelly Clarkson who have, or are about to, enjoy successful Las Vegas residencies. Before they head to the desert, the boys will perform at the 62nd annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, where they are nominated in the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance category for their comeback single “Sucker.” Tickets for the residency go on sale to the general public Friday at 1 p.m. ET.
