Hunger Games stars Jennifer Lawrence and Lenny Kravitz reunite at Golden Globes

The odds are still in their favor.

Jennifer Lawrence and Lenny Kravitz have gone from Panem to the Golden Globes.

The two stars had an impromptu Hunger Games reunion Sunday, posing for photos together at the 81st annual Golden Globes ceremony. Lawrence and Kravitz starred together in 2012's The Hunger Games movie and the 2013 sequel Catching Fire, with Lawrence playing District 12 revolutionary Katniss Everdeen and Kravitz appearing as Katniss' stylist and confidante Cinna.

Both Lawrence and Kravitz were nominated for Globes this year: Lawrence for Best Actress in a Movie Musical or Comedy for No Hard Feelings, and Kravitz for his original song "Road to Freedom," from Rustin. (They lost to Emma Stone in Poor Things and "I'm Just Ken," from Barbie.)

The Hunger Games franchise recently returned to theaters with the prequel The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, starring Tom Blyth and Rachel Zegler and set decades before the events of the original movie. Last year, Kravitz said that he was surprised by how the series continues to resonate with fans. Even though it’s been more than a decade since Cinna was killed off in Catching Fire, he still gets recognized as the character in public.

"Why is that?" Kravitz mused to Variety last year. "I started to notice more and more people were calling me Cinna out on the street and I was like, 'What's going on? Why are people all of a sudden back on that?'"
