Golden Globes emergency! E! host loses diamond on red carpet, asks celebs for help finding it

"It's gone and, uh...it's real."

A grand Dame once belted about how diamonds are forever, how they won't leave in the night, how she has no fear they'll desert her. Well, it's award season and one diamond has already run off on the red carpet of the Golden Globes.

E! reporter Keltie Knight posted a dire Instagram call to celebrity action after losing her 4-carat diamond ring and asked for help in finding it from any and all stars arriving to the ceremony at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

"Hi everyone, Golden Globes emergency," Keltie said in a short Insta video. "If you're a celebrity and you see a four-carat diamond on the red carpet, please return it to Keltie Knight at E!, 'cause it's gone and, uh...it's real."

Knight held up her ring with the missing stone as proof.

Hopefully, a helpful celeb will notice a glittering rock in their path and reunite Knight with her diamond. Though it would also be wild if some A-lister just pocketed it and ran off into the night, never to be seen again...until the Academy Awards, sporting some new bling and a mischievous grin.
