Jeffrey Dean Morgan was recently added to The Good Wife as a series regular, but his Extant co-star Halle Berry isn’t so sure she’s onboard with Morgan’s new gig.

“I don’t even know how I feel about sharing him with The Good Wife,” Berry joked during an interview with EW’s Lynette Rice in the Entertainment Weekly Lounge at San Diego Comic-Con. “I’m ambivalent. I’m not sure I’m happy about this yet. He’s my man. ‘What do you mean, going on The Good Wife?'”

Morgan was cast as Alex on the CBS drama, a “calm, experienced hourly investigator” hired by Alicia (Julianna Margulies) during the show’s upcoming seventh season. So, will Morgan and Marguiles start an on-screen relationship?

“He better not be,” Berry joked. “I’m going to be highly upset.”

Added Morgan: “Halle probably wouldn’t allow that, so I’m going to have to say no. ‘Halle won’t let me be your love interest, Julianna. I’m so sorry.'”

“He’s mine,” added Berry. Watch the video below.
