Chris Pratt, John Krasinski, Chris Evans, The Rock, and other stars are lending their muscles for a good cause, taking on the #22PushUpChallenge. The challenge seems to have its origins in two organizations, 22Kill in the U.S. and Combat Stress in the UK, which both seek to raise awareness and funds for veterans’ mental health initiatives.

Pratt kicked off the trend after being tagged in the challenge by a fan on Twitter, roping in wife Anna Faris for the 22 push-ups. The Magificent Seven star passed on the challenge to John Krasinski, The Rock, and Vincent D’Onofrio, who were all game. The trend spread across social media, with Tony winner Cynthia Erivo also stepping up the challenge.

When Evans got involved, his dogs didn’t want him to do it alone — and one of them adorably tries to throw off his count.
