Haim’s touring days are gone – for now.

The trio of sisters announced the cancellation of the European leg of their tour to focus on finishing their long-awaited sophomore album. Their debut album, Days Are Gone, earned widespread acclaim when it came out in 2013.

Writing on Twitter, the band said, “We’d hope to be done with recording but as it turns out, we’re at a critical point of finishing and need to stay close to home until it’s complete.” The canceled shows include dates in Switzerland, Poland, and the UK.

“We hate to disappoint you guys,” they went on. “[We] promise we’ll be back in the near future to share our new music with you.”

Haim’s fall shows in the U.S. and Canada are still on, with tickets on sale now. The band previously toured with Taylor Swift as the opening act of her 1989 tour.
