The Ice Age franchise has spanned four and soon, five animated films, and now, naturally, the action is headed to where it belongs — the ice.

Ahead of the fifth film, Ice Age: Collision Course, being released on July 22, plans have been announced for Ice Age on Ice. The live ice show will follow the coolest animals left on Earth in an all-new story as Sid, Manny, Diego, Scrat, and Ellie face the looming threat of a volcanic eruption.

“We are very happy to be partnered with a blockbuster brand and to have the ice show expertise of this top-notch creative team,” Giles Paquin, CEO and President of Koba Entertainment said in a statement. “We are bringing North America a live show like it has not seen before.”

The show kicks off December 7 in Springfield, Massachusetts and will make stops in 23 other U.S. cities through June 2017. Tickets will be on sale starting July 15.
