The latest trailer for Disney’s The Jungle Book roared to life during the Super Bowl on Sunday, offering an extended look at director Jon Favreau’s adaptation of the Rudyard Kipling tale.

Viewers who tuned in to the big game were treated to an eye-catching condensed version of the trailer, featuring a pseudo-3D effect through which several of the animal characters appeared to bust out of the letterbox frame.

The full version — which you can watch below — forgoes effect but still boasts plenty of striking imagery, including Mowgli (newcomer Neel Sethi) running, jumping, and swinging through lush jungle terrain. Along the way encounters a star-studded menagerie of CGI animals, voiced by actors including Bill Murray (Baloo), Scarlett Johansson (Kaa), Ben Kinglsey (Bagheera), Idris Elba (Shere Khan), and Lupita Nyong’o (Raksha).

The Jungle Book opens April 15 — in 3D and Imax, of course.
