Steve Harvey: Miss Universe, Miss Colombia to reunite on Steve Harvey show special

Steve Harvey made a very public mistake when he announced the incorrect winner of the 2015 Miss Universe pageant. And during a two-day Steve Harvey special, he’ll come face-to-face once more with the true winner, Miss Universe (Pia Wurtzbach), and the first runner-up, Miss Colombia (Ariadna Gutiérrez).

He hasn’t done any interviews regarding the incident, a fact he attributes to his desire to speak to both of the women first in a sneak preview of the two-day event.

The hardest part, he says, was wondering how Miss Colombia felt. “My heart bled for her, and I haven’t been able to talk to her since.”

Wurtzbach, who hails from the Philippines, says she tried to keep a safe distance from Miss Colombia to respect her feelings. Above and below, see sneak previews of what’s to come.
