When the show returns, not only will Daniel find out whether his plea deal is accepted, but a “normal” life also becomes even farther from his reach when a dead body turns up in his small Georgia hometown. “Do you think I could ever make it out here?” Daniel asks. “Of course you can, and you will,” Amantha (Abigail Spencer) replies, before we catch a glimpse of the latest mystery that will leave the family reeling. Rectify returns on July 9 at 10 p.m. ET on the Sundance Channel. (If you’re looking to binge-watch, the network will also marathon the show’s two complete seasons on July 4.)
