Some of the year’s biggest animated hits in film, television, and videogames, as well as a few critically loved but not as commercially successful hits are among the biggest nominees. The Boxtrolls leads with the most feature nominations, at 13, while How to Train Your Dragon 2 earned 11 and Big Hero 6 garnered 10 nominations. Notable nominations in other categories include a Simpsons couch gag, Dan Harmon’s Rick and Morty, and the gorgeous looking World War I-set video game Valiant Hearts.
