Petty first appeared on the Emmy-nominated series in the season-two premiere, portraying Lolly, a fellow inmate that Piper meets on a transport plane. Netflix declined to comment on Petty’s return, and details on what brings Lolly back into the fold are being kept under wraps. The actress joins previously announced season-three guest stars Mary Steenburgen, Blair Brown, and Mike Birbiglia. Orange Is the New Black is expected to return next year.
