Sutton Foster and Hilary Duff will be joining forces this fall in a TV Land comedy from Sex and The City creator Darren Star.

The network announced Monday that it has ordered 12 episodes of the half-hour single-camera comedy Younger, which stars Bunheads alum Foster as a 40-year-old newly single mom named Liza who is having trouble re-entering the workforce. After receiving a makeover from her best friend, Maggie (Debi Mazar), Liza pretends that she’s 26 years old, and winds up scoring a job as an assistant to publishing house marketing executive Diana (Miriam Shor) and becoming fast friends with new co-worker Kelsey (Duff), who doesn’t know her secret.

Star, who also created Beverly Hills, 90210 and Melrose Place, will serve as executive producer of Younger, which will be filmed in New York. He wrote and directed the pilot as well.

Younger is the second single-camera comedy that TV Land has ordered; Jennifer Falls, starring Jamie Pressly, will debut in June.
