ORIGINAL POST: In an exclusive announcement, EW has learned that Steve Yeun (The Walking Dead) will join cast members Janet Varney and PJ Byrne, co-creator/executive producer Bryan Konietzko, and co-executive producer Joaquim Dos Santos on The Legend of Korra panel at New York Comic -Con. This season, Yuen joins the Korra voice cast as Wan, the very first Avatar. Panel attendees will get an early peek at Wan in an early screening of the upcoming episode, “Beginnings Part 1.” In the two-part episode “Beginnings Part 1 and 2,” premiering Friday, Oct. 18 at 8 p.m., Korra discovers the origins of the first Avatar and learns what she must do to restore the balance between the spirit and physical worlds.
