Star style at Paris Fashion Week: Couture or cray cray? You decide

Though Kim Kardashian commanded most of the attention at Paris Fashion Week — did you see that dress? — there were plenty of other celebrities lining the runways, more than a few of them wearing outfits that blurred the line between avant-garde and “Girl, what the hell are you wearing?”

Katy Perry wore a black-and-white Chanel dress with a floral-print top and a leaf-print skirt — and accessorized with a Chanel Lego clutch — to the French label’s Spring 2014 show.

Angie Harmon wore a laundry list of trends — snakeskin, stripes, skulls — to the Miu Miu show, but it was her fur-fringed Nicholas Kirkwood peep-toe booties that stood out.

Lily Collins wore Givenchy’s Bambi print neoprene sweatshirt as a mini dress to the label’s runway show. Luckily, baby North West didn’t show up wearing the same outfit.

Though her cleavage was covered, Pamela Anderson still turned heads when she arrived at the Vivienne Westwood show. Lest anyone wondered how much her ensemble was worth, Anderson carried a statement bag emblazoned with the words “I Am Expensive.”

Dakota Fanning got all goth in a sheer lace layered dress from the Louis Vuitton Resort 2014 collection — If this is a resort outfit, where exactly is the woman who buys it planning to go on vacation? Transylvania? — when she attended the LV Spring show.
