Angelina Jolie's weight draws Bill O'Reilly's attention

It wouldn’t be a Tuesday (or Wednesday…or Thursday…or Friday…) morning without a clip of Bill O’Reilly saying something in that special Bill O’Reilly way. This particular Tuesday, it’s a snippet of the Fox News pundit addressing Angelina Jolie‘s figure (but inexplicably, not her much-discussed leg) which was on display at the Oscars on Sunday.

“Is it just me, or is she looking mighty slim these days? Emaciated even?” O’Reilly pondered, while showing footage of Jolie at the Academy Awards. He continued, “I was kind of taken aback. Look at the arms on her! Once again the media largely ignoring Ms. Jolie’s physical profile, but she is a role model for some women. Something’s going on here. I mean, she is slight. Let’s hope it’s nothing unusual.”

That’s true, if there’s something the media ignores, it’s giving women a hard time about their figures. Watch the clip here:

Do you think O’Reilly is out of line for suggesting that the media isn’t giving Angelina Jolie a hard enough time about her body, or do you actually find yourself agreeing with him on this one? Is this O’Reilly’s unique way of expressing concern for a celebrity? Share in the comments section below.
