Johnny Depp, Penélope Cruz, and the rest of the Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides cast walked a 3,000-foot black carpet at the lavish benefit premiere in Anaheim, CA on May 7, 2011. ”This is better than the royal wedding,” said costar Kevin McNally. ”The royal wedding did not have Johnny Depp on the guest list.” ”The screen is magnificent. It is the biggest 3-D premiere outdoors ever, and that is nice, to still be able to do new things at my age.”— Pirates producer Jerry Bruckheimer, on the gigantic six-story-high outdoor screen Steven Tyler and Mickey House compared ruffles.
