Disneyland: the happiest place on aargh! Johnny Depp, Penélope Cruz, and the rest of the Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides cast walked a 3,000-foot black carpet at the lavish benefit premiere in Anaheim, CA on May 7, 2011. ”This is better than the royal wedding,” said costar Kevin McNally. ”The royal wedding did not have Johnny Depp on the guest list.”

”The screen is magnificent. It is the biggest 3-D premiere outdoors ever, and that is nice, to still be able to do new things at my age.”

Johnny Depp posed with costar — and Captain Jack inspiration — Keith Richards. ”I think there are so many more adventures we can take Captain Jack on,” said producer Jerry Bruckheimer. ”He is going to go down in history as one of the best characters in cinema.”
