Frank Oz, Frank Richard Oznowicz jaioa (Hereford, 1944ko maiatzaren 25a) estatubatuar aktore, zinema zuzendari eta txotxongilolaria da.
Ingalaterran jaio zen, aita judu poloniar holandarra eta ama flandriarra zituela. Guraso biak txotxongilolariak ziren. Frank Belgikan bizi izan zen sei hilabetetik bost urtera arte eta 1951tik Estatu Batuetan.
Jim Hensonekin lan egin zuen Muppets-etan. Yodaren papera ere egin zuen Star Wars sailean. 1984an zuzendari lanari ekin zion Jim Hensonekin batera The Dark Crystal filmean. Harrezkero, txotxongilo eta komedia filmak zuzendu zituen.
