POBLACIÓN.
La población objeto de estudio está conformadas por 80 personas, incluyendo
empleados y clientes habituales de la panadería, por ende, la población
comprende personas externas e internas. La población está comprendida por
10 empleados y 70 consumidores habituales.
MUESTRA.
La muestra constara de 46 personas, entre empleados y clientes llegaremos a esta cantidad de personas encuestadas.
UNIDAD DE ANALISIS
Según Hernández et al (2017) este concepto indica los sujetos a medir, es decir, los casos responden al
instrumento de medición, por ello nuestra unidad de análisis será cada cliente de la panadería EL
MEJOR PAN. (CLIENTES HABITUALES)
VARIABLES.
Juran J. (1974). “Calidad es la adecuación al uso, es un concepto universal aplicable a todos los bienes y
servicios, la adecuación al uso está determinada por las características de los productos o servicios que el
cliente reconoce como beneficio para él.”
Escala: Ordinal.
Descripción: La variable mide las distintas calidades de panes producidos en la panadería, pueden ser: el
control del peso de insumos, los procesos de producción, las condiciones de almacenamiento de
ingredientes o el almacenamiento del pan recién salido del horno, etc. Las respuestas al cuestionario se
calificarán en escala ordinal.
DEPENDEDIENTE. Aumento de ventas
Escala: De razón.
Descripción: Esta variable mide la cantidad de ventas en la panadería, así como la cantidad de pan
vendido y los ingresos que se recopilan de manera semanal, se pueden expresar por unidades de pan
vendidas en un tiempo determinado y el ingreso por ventas. Permitiendo una recolección de datos más
preciso y también las tendencias o bajas en las ventas relacionadas con la calidad del pan.
PLANTEAMIENTO DE HIPOTESIS
La falta de un control de calidad si influye en el aumento de las ventas de la Panadería “El Mejor
Pan”
