CASO CLINICO
El presente caso trata de un varón de 50 años, el cual refiere que en un periodo de tres años
presencio en el lado derecho del piso de la boca una pequeña formación redonda (bolita) y al
pasar el tiempo diferencio ciertos cambios de coloración de una manera esporádica
acompañada de dolor; lo cuál fue el motivo de asistir a la consulta.
Diagnostico:
- Región submaxilar un aumento de volumen de aproximadamente 3 centímetros de largo.
- Palpación se manifestó dolor acompañado de pus al momento de ejercer los movimientos.
Tratamiento:
- Antisepsia (solución acuosa al 1,01%).
- Se anestesió la punta de la lengua y se realizó un punto de sutura.
- Se aplicó un tipo de anestesia infiltrativa (Piso de la boca).
- Realizo una incisión (1 centímetro).
- Se extrajo en tres fragmentos el sialolito.
- Al finalizar se irrigo (suero fisiológico) y se suturo (hilo de seda negra)
Prescripción:
Amoxicilina 500 mg, tomar 1 c/8 horas x 7 días. Ibuprofeno Tab. 400 mg. # 20 tomar 1 c/6
horas por 5 días y reposo absoluto.
Conclusión:
Debemos prevenir este tipo de enfermedades y no esperar síntomas más delicados para
poder darle solución al problema.
