El comportamiento humano organizacional, es la conducta


grupal o individual estudiada por la psicología con el propósito de
definir el impacto positivo-negativo que la misma produce dentro
de las organizaciones, empresas o instituciones de diversa
estructura funcional, para aplicar dependiendo de los resultados
obtenidos, las correcciones necesarias en pro de su mejor
funcionamiento y productividad.

La necesidad del estudio de la conducta humana laboral puede observarse en la planificación que se origina a partir de la determinación de
conductas presentes, donde la psicología organizacional es la responsable de estudiar los aspectos del comportamiento laboral, entre los
que se destacan: la fatiga, actitudes, valores, el aburrimiento, habilidades y cualquier elemento que se considere importante para mejorar
el rendimiento del trabajador.
