Resumen
Summary
discs, and is responsible for the rhythmic and continuous contraction that
pumps blood through the circulatory system and skeletal muscle tissue that
has muscle fibers. skeletal muscles that are long and multinucleated, with
nuclei located in the periphery and this skeletal muscle is found in almost all
parts of the body, since it is responsible for moving the skeleton and other
structures, in this type of muscle tissue when making a horizontal cut We can
distinguish the layers of connective tissue: around a fiber (Endomysium),
around a fascicle which is a set of muscle fibers (Perymysium) and around
several fascicles (Epimysium). And when making a vertical cut we can
distinguish striations, nuclei and fibers. Nervous tissue was finally recognized
as the main component of the nervous system, which includes the brain,
spinal cord, and peripheral nerves. This tissue is essential for communication
and control of body functions, since it transmits electrical and chemical
signals throughout the body, and in this practice we were only able to observe
one of its two main cells, which are neurons, which are the functional units of
the body. nervous tissue and are responsible for the transmission of nerve
impulses; and in the neuron we can distinguish body or soma, cytoplasm,
within this the Nissl corpuscles, nucleus, nucleolus, axon and dendrites. In
conclusion, muscle and nerve tissue are two of the four main tissue types in
the human body. The laboratory practice allowed a detailed and visual
understanding of the structure and function of the two different types of
muscle tissue and nervous tissue. The precise identification of cellular and
extracellular components in each type of tissue confirmed the theoretical
characteristics previously studied. This experience reinforces the importance
of muscle tissue, since it is essential for the movement and functioning of
various organs in the human body and nervous tissue, since its ultimate
objective is to produce movement, sensations and cognitive functions.
