ACTA DE ASAMBLEA GENERAL EXTRAORDINARIA DE ELECCIONES DEL CLUB
DEPORTIVO BÁSICO BARRIAL "CENTRAL BELLAVISTA"
En la parroquia SANTA ROSA, cantón AMBATO, provincia de TUNGURAHUA, a los 5 días del mes de Enero
del año 2020 siendo las 14:00:00, se reúnen los socios del Club Deportivo Básico Barrial "CENTRAL
BELLAVISTA" para tratar el siguiente orden del día:
1.Constatación de Quórum
2.Elección del directorio del Club Deportivo Básico Barrial "CENTRAL BELLAVISTA", para el período 2020 -
2024
3.Toma de juramento, posesión y elaboración de nombramientos del nuevo directorio
La Asamblea, elige entre los asistentes a las personas que harán de director/a y secretario/a de la Asamblea,
los mismos que son: VARGAS ACOSTA RAUL JAVIER, GAVILANES ALTAMIRANO JENRY DAVID,
respectivamente.
1.Constatación del Quórum
La secretaría del Club en el uso de sus funciones procede a constatar el quórum para la Asamblea General
Extraordinaria de Elecciones del Club Deportivo Básico Barrial "CENTRAL BELLAVISTA"
Se confirma la asistencia de 28 socios, por lo que al existir el quórum estatutario, se instala la Asamblea
General
2.Elección del Directorio del Club Deportivo Básico Barrial "CENTRAL BELLAVISTA"
Una vez constatado el quórum, los socios aceptan por unanimidad la celebración de esta Asamblea, con el
mencionado orden del día, para la elección del directorio del Club Deportivo Básico Barrial "CENTRAL
BELLAVISTA", que desempeñará sus funciones durante el período 2020 - 2024
La Asamblea propone una lista conformada por las siguientes personas :

3. Toma de juramento, posesión y elaboración de nombramientos y aceptaciones del nuevo directorio.
Acto seguido a la elección de la Directiva del Club Deportivo Básico Barrial "CENTRAL BELLAVISTA",se
presenta el juramento, aceptación y posesión en sus cargos
Habiéndose tratado y resuelto el orden del día, con lo cual se instaló esta Asamblea, el señor Presidente,
concede un receso para la elaboración del Acta y aceptaciones respectivas.
Reinstalada la sesión, se da lectura al Acta, la misma que se la aprueba por unanimidad y sin ninguna
observación se procede a firmar los nombramientos respectivos
Termina la Asamblea y para constancia de lo actuado, firman el Acta el/la señor(a) Presidente y el/la
Secretario(a) que certifica, adjuntando una lista de los asistentes debidamente firmadas por los socios, en el
lugar y fecha indicados
