Introduccion:

The purpose of this work will be to draft a contract in which the employment relationship

is established in the area of electrical engineering and renewable energy.

I’m going to do the activities that come for week 2.

For which, after reading the material sent, I will carry out the activity that I detail below.

Development:
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

In Rancagua, on May 5 th, 2023, this contract is entered into between Bormax S.A.

Company, in the field of engineering in mining and electricity, identity card 96619270-4

residing in Nápoles 145, Rancagua, as employer, and Camilo Devia Albornoz, identity

card 18.979.538-6 residing in Fuerte Bulnes 0685, Torres del Paine, Rancagua as

employee.

The employer agrees to hire the employee in the position of electricity and renewable

energy assistant or any other task assigned by the boss(es) according to their functions,

starting from Monday, May 5 in Sewell.

The time of the work day will be eight business hours from Monday to Friday from 8 am

to 5 pm; being subject to the respective payment of overtime in case of work outside

working time.

The responsibilities in this job position are: to identify problems in electrical panels, to

follow up the electrical installations and equipment in both new buildings and old

buildings, install and repair cables, maneuvering devices, etc.

The employee will sign an annex contract after three months on trial. The payment will

be of $810.000 and will be paid in the end of every month, no later than the 5th of each

month, being able to request an advance on the 15th of each month.

For the record, the parties sign three copies, one for the employee and two for the

employer.

Conclusion:

According to the work done, I can say that I have learned to understand how to draw up

a work contract in the best possible way, taking into account the structure of the

contract: title, information on the parties, responsibilities and duties of the position, term

of acceptance.
