Pesto de albaca
Un clásico de las salsas caseras que no solo podemos
usar para combinar con pasta. El pesto elaborado por
nosotros mismos no tiene nada que ver con las ver-
siones de supermercado, y además con el robot
podemos ajustar la textura y los ingredientes fácil-
mente a nuestro gusto.
INGREDIENTS
Muffins
3 large ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
optional mix-ins: 1/2 cup chocolate chips,
1 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup coconut,
1/2 cup chopped almonds, pecans, or walnuts.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line muffin tins with paper

Only 3 ingredients and they're all healthy. My favorite way to
eat it is as soft serve right out of the blender but you can also
freeze so it's firm enough to scoop into ice cream cones.
