Thanks to this survey we can analyze the following: Apparently the product
tends to have high quality but the customer is not completely satisfied with
the experience in the company. He is not amused or dissatisfied with the
experience, however, he thinks he is paying well for the product he is
consuming. The company needs to develop a little more customer service to
