enriquecedores:
ê Medita por un momento antes de iniciar el día y agradece por la oportunidad de estar vivos y estar bien.
ê Ubica un espacio de trabajo lo más tranquilo e iluminado posible.
ê Ten a la mano los útiles necesarios para desarrollar la actividad (diccionario, cuaderno para apuntes, lápices,
lapiceros, borrador, corrector).
ê Cada hora realiza una pausa activa (mueve tu cabeza, levántate del puesto, alza tus brazos).
ê Lava tus manos cada vez que sea necesario y toma agua varias veces al día.
ê Desarrolla tu trabajo siempre con el mayor interés y con mucho amor.
ê Toma evidencia de lo que haces y sigue las instrucciones para que las envíes por WhatsApp o plataforma del
colegio.
